- Is this site REALLY free?
Yes! 100% Free! We do not accept payment in any form for anything! So kick back and enjoy!
- I created my ad, but it does not appear anywhere in the site when I search for it. How come?
Don't worry, your ad is not gone! We 'human' screen all of our ads before they
are allowed into the web site. This is to ensure that there is no offensive or illegal material in our ads.
Please allow up to 12 hours for a staff member to screen your ad, normally this takes less than an hour!
- I have lost my account information, how do I get this information again?
We are currently developing a means for users to get this information automatically, but for the time
being, just e-mail support@lovechaser.com for assistance.
- I have lost my e-mail, how do I find out what messages were sent to me?
We keep copies of all e-mail sent in our database. You may access these messages through your Ad
Status panel in the Ad Center.

- When someone sends me a message, does it arrive at my regular e-mail account, or is it stored on this site?
Actually, both. A copy is immediately sent to the e-mail address specified when you created the ad,
and in addition a copy is stored in our database. You can access these messages through your Ad Status Panel
located in the Ad Center.
- When I search the ads, I end up with no results, why?
This is probably a result of a few things. You might be searching in an area that we do not have many ads for,
and in addition your search could be too specific. You might try starting with a broad search and
gradually narrowing it down.
- What is ICQ?
Officially, it is as it sounds, 'I-Seek-You'. ICQ numbers are similar to Internet pagers,
with someone's ICQ number, you can page them instantly if they are online. To obtain the
ICQ software or to get more information, please visit
http://www.icq.com.
- Why can I not select cities for my cupid?
We do not allow the selection of cities because of the various ways that people add them into the
web site. If we allowed this, you would not get a notification if someone placing a new ad
accidentally misspells the name of their city.
- Why do I have to select a state for my cupid?
If you live in the United States or Canada, you must select a state or providence to narrow down the
criteria. We do this to avoid the possibility an overwhelming load on our mail system.
- How do you select the top 5 ads for men and women?
The top 5 ads are determined by which ads are viewed the most for today only. This is updated approximately every
15 minutes. So in other words, we don't pick them you do!
